1. Functional Description
1) Frame part : The frame is welded with thickened square tubes, and the overall structure is strong and firm. The sheet metal is finished by electrostatic powder spraying and baking process, and the appearance is exquisite. Good sealing can effectively prevent UV light exposure.
2) Working part : The UV lamp used has higher energy and stronger film penetration ability; Focusing design, imported high-focusing reflective lampshade, instant drying, fast speed; Specially designed ventilation system inside the light box, each lamp can adjust the up and down angle, height lamp abnormal protection device. Full and half lamp switching, reasonable power saving, equipment working status display, fault alarm, UV lamp working timer, single lamp single control, current display.
3) Conveying part : The guide rail is made of hard anodized material and is durable. The conveyor belt has stepless speed regulation and the conveying speed is stable and adjustable. The guide rail has a manual width adjustment device. The inlet and outlet are protected by skirts to prevent UV light exposure.
